Climate Control LLC Named 2017 Vehicle-Powered Truck Dealer of the Year

For the second year in a row, Climate Control LLC of Chelyabinsk, Russia has made huge gains in the Vehicle-Powered (VP) Truck product segment, earning them the VP Truck Dealer of the Year title once again. The dealership exceeded quota by 209 percent and experienced growth of 60 percent by selling 400 units more than in 2016. They also sold more than 1000 units with service contracts in 2017, which will ensure excellent service is received by all customers throughout the region.

“Keys to their continued success in 2017 included strengthening relationships with customers,” said Dmitry Nazarov, Thermo King Russia and CIS Region director. “For example, Climate Control LLC added full service capabilities for customer Krasnoe & Beloe, which purchased 800 units last year. The dealer also established a solid relationship with GIRD, a local OEM that produces all kinds of truck bodies, purchases organized stock units, and provides fast installation times.

“Climate Control LLC also established an agreement with all local chassis dealers to place Thermo King advertising in their showrooms and offer trainings for their sales personal. Both have been very helpful in further growing the VP Truck business in Russia.”

Owners Sergei Mayin and Stas Makhnik continue to put the customer first and have been excellent collaborators with Thermo King in winning share in the very competitive and challenging market.
