TT Thermo King Named the 2017 EMEA Dealer of the Year

Investments in its people, training, mobile service and facilities, along with excellent collaboration with fellow dealers and Thermo King Corporate, aggressive goals and a renewed commitment to meeting customers’ needs were all keys to TT Thermo King’s record year. The dealership exceeded sales quota, across product lines and recorded growth in all product segments including aftermarket.

“On the trailer side, the introduction of the SLXi was a difference maker in TT Thermo King’s market share gains,” said Jacek Kacprzak, Thermo King Sales manager. “The dealer offered custom-tailored packages that included trailer, unit with telematics and service contracts.”

On the vehicle-powered and self-powered truck market segments, TT Thermo King kept in close contact with the rental companies to maintain relationships and win additional business.

“More than anything, TT Thermo King’s continued commitment to the business and customers set them up for success in 2017 and beyond,” said Jacek.

“They invested in sales and service staff, leveraging individual skill sets to best meet customer needs. They ensure that their service teams and individual technicians are trained properly on all Thermo King products. And they’ve increased their workshop capacity and offerings – most recently opening the new location in Poznan that features added services like trailer washing, testing/control stations for tractors, trucks, vans and trailers, and post-accident repairs including insurance handling. Everything they do is aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.”

This includes TT Thermo King’s support of Thermo King Corporate’s initiatives and other Thermo King dealers. Dealership staff regularly contributes to focus groups, collaborates with Thermo King on new initiatives and innovations, and shares best practices to ensure customers get a consistent experience and the products and services that will ensure a bright future for all.
