Ballinlough Refrigeration Wins Customer Service Excellence Award

Our very own Thermo King dealer Ballinlough Refrigeration walked away a Customer Service Excellence winner from the 11th annual Fleet Transport Awards Gala Banquet held recently in Dublin, Ireland. The awards are designed to recognize and reward excellence and good practice, and to inspire others to follow the winners’ examples.

Ballinlough Refrigeration was recognized for excellence in bringing demands from customers for an immediate and thorough aftercare service.

Ballinlough’s commitment to service led to their appointment as fleet management provider to Tesco.com for the company’s home delivery vehicles in both Southern and Northern Ireland. To better provide for Tesco’s needs, Ballinlough opened a specialty workshop in Mallusk.
